Shipping Policy
Orders are typically processed within 3–4 business days before shipping or delivery. We currently offer delivery within Guyana, with delivery options and rates shown at checkout. During launches, holidays, or high order periods, processing times may be slightly extended. Please ensure that all shipping and contact information is entered correctly at checkout, as Barnzie is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect delivery details. Return & Exchange Policy
Due to the nature of our products and limited collections, returns and exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order with clear photos of the item and packaging. Items must be unused and in their original condition. For hygiene and limited-release reasons, some items may not be eligible for return or exchange unless faulty. If you have any concerns regarding your order, please contact us and we’ll do our best to assist you.
